We monitor the chat feature 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. We are a small team, and in any case where we cannot answer immediately, we will answer to the email address that you provide.
When you click on the chat button, you can start a conversation with us right in your browser. You can keep browsing our online store while we chat, and the conversation will stay open until you decide to close it. If you need to leave the site, don't worry - the conversation will be saved for up to a week so you can pick up where you left off when you come back.
Before you start chatting, we'll ask you to enter your name and email address. This helps us keep track of your conversation and lets us create a record for you in our system. Then, you can send us your message and we'll respond as soon as we can!
If you want to check the status of your order, you can use our chat feature too. Just select "Can I get an update on my order status?" and enter your order number and email address. We'll reply with the status of your order and give you a link to track it if it has shipped. If you accidentally enter the wrong email address or order number, we'll let you know with an error message.
