Can I combine orders?
No. We are unable to combine multiple orders and process refunds for shipping. Each order will incur a $15 shipping fee.
Once I add something to my cart, will it be held until I check out?
Unfortunately, our software has no way of holding items in your cart. Everything is sold on a first come, first serve basis. If someone checks out ahead of you, the item will be removed from your cart.
What will sales pricing look like?
- Blemished and cosmetically flawed items will be priced to sell at 15-60% off.
- Discounted blemished Creative Learning Tables™ will be available.
- Special pricing on regular items, including CLC Bundles! (get excited!)
How many of each item do you have?
- We have a solid amount of inventory, but we know things will sell quickly, so be close to your computer and ready to order at 10am pst on Friday!
What will shipping costs be?
- $15 flat rate shipping will be applied to all orders, no minimum.
- Due to heavily discounted pricing, we can not offer free shipping. Every order will incur a $15 shipping fee regardless of order size.
- We suggest teaming up with local friends to place orders :) A win is a win for all of us!
What type of blemishes are on the “blemished” Creative Learning Tables?
- The legs and bins are in new condition (direct from our manufacturing partners), but the table frame will have cosmetic flaws
- Blemishes do not affect the function of the table in any way
- Flaws can range from barely visible small imperfections to larger scratches or in some cases light stains from manufacturing defaults
What is blemished and imperfect?
- These are products that do not pass our regular QC process due to a cosmetic flaw or small imperfection. They may need additional sanding, slight repair, or simply have a small scratch. Please read the product descriptions carefully and that will indicate what the imperfections may be.
Will regular CLC products (not blemished) be available at discounted pricing?
- Yes! We will have awesome deals on our regular product line, including bundles!
Can I order regular-priced products?
- Yes you can! Most of them will be discounted 🙂
How many times per year do you do a warehouse sale?
- 1x per year, so this is it until late spring of 2024!
How long will the sale last?
- It begins at 10 am pacific standard time on Friday 5/26 and will run through Monday 5/29 or until supplies last
- If an item is showing “sold out” it means we have none left
What are the terms and conditions of the sale items? What is the Return Policy?
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All products sold as is. Items may need slight repair. Any and all fixes are the buyers responsibility. Discontinue use if unsafe. Buy at your own risk. All risk associated with play is the customer's responsibility. As with all our products, intended for ages 3+. Adult supervision is always required.
How long will it take to receive my order? When will I get my products?
- Whenever we have large launches or a special sales event like our online warehouse sale, packing orders and getting them out the door takes longer than our typical shipping time line. It *may* take up to 3 weeks to ship your order. All orders will be packed in the order in which they are received.
Do pictures represent the exact item I will receive?
- No! The images in each product listing may or may not represent the quality of the piece you will receive.
Will I be able to redeem CLC Play Points (rewards)?
- No additional coupons will be accepted
Will I earn CLC Play Points Points (rewards) when I purchase Warehouse Sale items?
- Yes! All purchases earn Play Points (rewards) as long as you use the same email address as your Play Points account.
Will I be able to use a discount code?
- No discount codes will be accepted. The products are already heavily discounted
What is a CLC Bundle?
- Bundles are a wonderful opportunity to get multiple products at the same time as a discounted price. It is a great way to get started with our products!
Can I reserve a product?
- To be fair to all buyers/customers, we are not accepting any type of product reservations. Everything will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

All of our products are intended for children ages 3+. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3. Some products have small parts and could pose a choking hazard for children younger than 3. In the event that a product should break, please discontinue use immediately. Creative Learning LLC is not responsible for any misuse of products.
