Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available in the continental United States for orders over $150. We are always working hard to reduce shipping costs and negotiating the best rates. Unfortunately, our shopping platform does not allow shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. If you would like to place an order and live in one of those states, please contact customer service at email@example.com for a custom shipping quote.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Items that are in stock typically ship 5-21 business days after purchase. This time frame depends on our volume of current orders. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Sometimes there are unexpected delays out of our control (due to weather, closures, holiday shipping backups, etc.).
Who is your shipping carrier?
We have a great relationship with UPS and USPS and get very good shipping discounts that are passed along to our customers. They are our main shipping carriers at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the continental US.

If the incorrect shipping address is input during checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to email us before the order is shipped. If not, The Creative Learning Co. will not be responsible for lost orders and will not issue a refund or shop credit.
