Shipping Policies

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available in the continental United States for orders over $150. We are always working hard to reduce shipping costs and negotiating the best rates. 

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Items that are in stock typically ship 5-21 business days after purchase. This time frame depends on our volume of current orders. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Sometimes there are unexpected delays out of our control (due to weather, closures, holiday shipping backups, etc.).  

 

Who is your shipping carrier?

We have a great relationship with UPS and USPS and get very good shipping discounts that are passed along to our customers. They are our main shipping carriers at this time. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Please enter your international address at check out to see our flat rate shipping costs to your country. 

 

Important to note:

Shipping labels are printed directly from our website with the information provided. If you input an incorrect address or name, it will ship to the incorrect place. If you have made a mistake when adding your shipping details at check out, it is your responsibility to email us before the order is shipped. If not, The Creative Learning Co. is not responsible for lost orders and will not issue a refund or shop credit.
